Blonde in mourning

A blonde goes into work one morning bawling her eyes out. Her concerned boss asks her what was wrong.
She replied "My mum died last night"
"You must go home, have the day off and come back when you're ready" Her boss said.
"No, it's okay. I'll stay, I'll feel better having something to do" the blonde sniffs.
Later that day the boss checks up on her only to find her crying her eyes out again.
"Still not getting over it?" the boss enquired
"No, it's not that, I've just had my sister on the phone. Her mum died too"
