How stupid can we get?

As far as the first case is concerned, Article 3 relates to Torture or inhumane treatment.

Absolute rubbish in my view, our EU Countries deport far easier than we do, and far quicker.

The first case beggars belief, problem is the rules don't allow for common sense.

Maybe the police in conjunction with the Home Secretary privy to the evidence should be able in certain circumstances to overrule the judges or bypass the court altogether.

That's not ideal I know but 21 years of fighting to stay? How much will that have cost us? I bet he got legal aid too.

The judge in the first case Justice Collins should be sacked from his post.
In the second if the woman can't decided to apply for citizanship for 24 years, then she should worry about her status here in the UK
