I`m no Freudian and to be honest my qualifications as a Psychologist were not spent in dream theory. To get it a lot though could relate to some `stuff` that you may need to resolve? Or eating too late? Or drinking? The next time it happens try to remember what you did before going to bed.

Thanks OG. I have noticed when watching action films late at night (currently watching 24) I tend to have action dreams.
Have you ever had a dream and within that dream you have a memory of something that happened years ago. The memory feels real but when you wake up, you realise it was just a dream and it never happened?
