A Curly Wurly is only (only!) 115 calories, so far less calorie-dense than some sweet things.
Good luck
This is one of the craziest posts I've seen for a while TBH !
A small 26g Curly Wurly contains 12.5g of sugar which is 3 teaspoonfuls.
Per 100g of product there are 48g of sugar (12 teaspoons)
Anyone who seriously and genuinely wants to lose weight and improve their health MUST kick sugar from their diet. It is bad enough kicking out the hidden sugars in some products let alone be eating a product obviously laden with sugar.
Craving sugary snacks is merely the result of the addictiveness of sugar. Like all addictive substances, you can kick that habit. Try a savoury snack instead like Sainsbury's Basics Tortilla Chips. It will take you a while to munch through an entire bag. The ingredients are just Maize, Sunflower Oil and Salt. Sugar content is 0.5g per 100g of product. Fat is of course higher at 21g per 100g or product, Salt is 1g per 100g of product.
Get sugar out of your life!
