A man loses both his ears in a freak accident, the surgeon tells him he can replace them with two new fully transplanted ears, and they have a donor ready .A few days later the bandages are removed and amazingly he can hear everything crystal clear.
But as the day goes on he realises something's not right .
He says to the doc "I can hear, but just don't seem to understand anything now"
The doc says "I'm sorry sir that's because those ears once belonged to a woman "
