Good morning Folks,the sun's back but not as hot,so I enjoyed a lovely long walk earlier,

Hope You slept well last night Jessie,I know it takes a wee while to get over the jet lag,

Family are all on holiday so all is quiet on the western front I may go for a gallivant into the City once I've tidied up.

Good morning everybody. May had a good sleep last night but know it will take a few more days to get over it. Another load of washing in the machine, so the iron will be out later. Got some food shopping to do later, and then relax for a wee while.

Good morning everybody. Roxy enjoy your meal out tonight. Jetlag has caught up with me, woke up about ten minutes ago. Off to a BBQ later, weather permitting at the bowling club. My neighbour is a member and always asks me along to join her and her friends.

Good morning everybody. Overcast here at the moment, so will get out for a walk later. Didn't go out last night my neighbour hurt her back and was taken to hospital. I seen her sister out earlier and will pop in and see how my neighbour is.

Good Afternoon Each,it's a funny kind of day here,very dull but mild and the Ave' is so so quiet so I think most Folk have gone off on Holiday for the Glasgow Fair Fortnight...Have a good Sunday Folks.x

Afternoon All, Cloudy and dull here today but dry and Oh So Humid, it makes me feel horrid. Like a limp lettuce leaf....with a headache. Been sleeping again but this time I know it's this heat taking it's toll..
