I went to my happy place

My cranky knees just don't seem as limber as they used to ... the suspension is shot.

And what's more..One of my wheels has now fallen off

Ruthio I'm just out of the shower so I'm going to try it on the bed now.

I did 24. but I think I would have been quicker if I hadn't kept looking over my shoulder at my phone's stopwatch!

She gave us goals according to ages...

Aim for 25 if you're 50-60
Aim for 16 if you're 60-70
Aim for 11 if you're over 70
Aim for 8 if you're over 80

Of course these are only rough guidelines...just do what you can.
But she said if you do them often you'll soon see the number creeping up!

Not easy with Peripheral Neuropathy and loss of balance due to toes amputated. This did form part of my Physio earlier in the year. Can indeed strengthen muscles, but without nerves controlling said muscles, very hard to achieve.

I have just done 30 at my class this afternoon, so I must be only about 21.

(Tough of my knees though).
