Ice cubes (or novelty ice shapes)

Who is responsible for "looking after" them at yours?

Here, it's me.
There are 10 cube moulds in our freezer ice-cubey compartment and I empty them and fill them..
Once a day as a rule but of late...2 or even 3 times a day!

Perhaps you don't bother with them at all?
I love ice cubes in any cold drink whether it's soft or the harder hitting variety

There is only me here to look after the ice cube tray .

One of the holiday homes I stayed in with the grandchildren had an ice dispenser in the fridge door, it kept them quiet for days refilling their glasses with ice

Mainly me I would say. I have been adding a couple each day to my cats' water fountain to keep them cool. Why is it so difficult to get them to the freezer without spilling it?

I have no room in either of my freezers.
I just chill all the drinks.

Re: Ice cubes (or novelty ice shapes)

I've been using a lot of ice cubes in the hot weather but I use these.....

You fill them up from the tap, tip them upside down to seal them then lay them flat for freezing. Really easy to pop out as many or as few as you need....and you don't spill the water en route to the freezer!
