You'll never look back

To do it proper justice Rhian darlin', grate cheese into a bowl, add some milk and mix to a thick paste, add the Dijon mustard and stir thoroughly. Having toasted one side of the bread, spread the cheese paste on t'other side and return to grill. after approx 2 minutes, add some Lea & Perrin Worcestershire Sauce. When cheese begins to bubble, remove from grill and serve.

Can make an extra special meal by topping it with a poached egg.

I love cheese on toast and have it for lunch often. Extra strong Cheddar with plenty of Worcestershire sauce sprinkled over it. Yummmm..
