Tea for me. How many during the day varies. It's always a choice of 3 different drinks during my day, Tea, water or orange squash.

Re: Tea or coffee?

Decaf coffee at work every morning at 10am when I first arrive. Another at 12noon. Hubby makes me usually 2 cups of decaf coffee in the evening. I hate even the smell of tea, tried herbal and fruit teas but YUK no ta.

Re: Tea or coffee?

During the week I have a mug of Earl Grey before bed in the morning.
In the afternoon I'll have a mug of Tesco decaf coffee with two chocolate digestive biscuits.
At work before I start I have a small cup of Kenco from the vending machine. At first tea break I'll have a large cappuccino with an espresso added to it in my Pink Floyd 'Dark Side Of The Moon' mug. At the other tea break a carton of Capri-Sun juice.

Re: Tea or coffee?

Soy chai latte every morning like a religion. It is one of my few decadent vices. If you look carefully, you will be able to see it through my computer screen when I check in every morning .

Once in a blue moon, a Nespresso in the evening or fresh ground Kona roast.

If it's tea, also rare, it's typically Earl Grey, with lemon, no milk. I don't own a kettle, rather microwave the water.
