Sad to hear this, played with the greats, and loved his work with Rod Stewarts early solo work.

Just read this and sad to see all the golden oldies going.
Its been a bad year for the older musicians.
Loved the Small Faces being a Mod. Saw them in concert
with Stevie singing not Rod Stewart. RIP Ian.
