Re: jewellery
I have far too much jewellery .. inexpensive and 'proper stuff'
... love it.
There's nothing ridiculously expensive, but definitely worth keeping to hand down through the generations and if I needed to, I guess it would raise a bit of dosh.
I always wear earings ... second-hand, inexpensive dangly ones are my current favourites and I like to wear Mum's and grandmother's wedding rings together on my right hand.
i also have a liking for garnets but find diamonds too showy these days ... so there you are. I'm fairly easy to please
Get a valuation, Susan but I'd be inclined to keep it. Your daughter could always sell it at a later date, when hopefully, it will have increased in value.
