Super poohbear, there's a oak out the back, earlier in the winter a woody was always there haven't seen it for a while.

Lovely picture Poobear we get a lot around here.

I was so sad last spring when there was a young Woodpecker in the garden and it was set upon by Magpies
My neighbours son rescued it and put it in a bush but it didn't survive.

Great photo PooBear, as usual....

I've always found it hard to spot Woodpeckers, I've heard lots of them while running or walking out in the country, but only ever seen a Green Woodpecker once, and that was looking out of my kitchen window while washing up. It went scampering up a tree on the green. No chance of being quick enough to dry my hands a grab the camera. Never seen him since.
