Yes -it’s just a head collar they are made out of raw hide.
they have beautiful traditional bridles but they are very complex to draw

I have been doodling horses all of my life Pixie used to get into trouble at school for defacing my exercise books .

Have you been involved with horses, Muddy? Had one of your own? I adore horses, and used to work in a stables, which was great fun!

I worked in stables too, for several years.
