You can open a real can of worms with this can't you.

First .. given how they're restricting other areas for surgery, say regarding the obese or smokers .. should they be barred from having transplants?
Bearing in mind that as much as half of lung transplants come from smokers. Even as a smoker I find that hard to believe. Giving smokers lungs to a recipient who may never have smoked.

And then there was the other one last year where corpses, from people who had bequeathed their bodies to science probably never expected their corpses to be used by university beautician students to practice botox on.
Not what they envisaged, I'm sure.

Personally only things I'd restrict is if you don't want to donate you don't get a donated organ. That seems fair to me and if you have a donated organ and don't treat it well you don't get another go.
