unbelievable--I put on another 2 pound this week--half the time i have not been feeling well--trying to eat as healthy as I could--crackerbreasds, cottage cheese and fruit-----so I just cannot understand--over the last 8 weeks, overall I have lost just 4 and a half pounds--the 2 weeks before thast I lost 9 pounds !!! If it was not for that, i would weigh more now than when I started--and i have been trying so hard.I really do not know which way to go. !!!Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
Mariana, with all due respect, you baffle me at times. Even though you put on 2 pounds, you're still down (according to my calculations from your post) 11 and a half pounds. Isn't that better than being UP 11 and a half pounds?Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
Today I had toast and strawberry jam. All I was in the mood for. I'll probably eat more for dinner. I've been busy today, taking stuff to the storage facility and teaching my son how to drive and now I'm in the middle of doing my Sunday dinner prep (crockpot beef stew) so I really don't feel like stopping to sit down and eat a proper lunch. That and I'm not super hungry. I've been depressed over these stupid heart palpitations and last night they were really bad. And when I'm depressed, I can't eat.Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.
