Re: Online hate crime.

I think it is very easy not to have to bite one's tongue if one always sees the good in people - even when there isn't any good.

Hi

We can still call Cameron a useless Plonker, that is an opinion, it is not offensive.

It would most certainly be considered offensive if you referred to Diane Abbott by her colour, it is not offensive to refer to her as a total and utter incompetent waste of space.

That is because the statements about Cameron and Abbott are both true.

I say nowt rather than let my personal opinion loose as its easy to be a keyboard warrior Julie.

Just because ive different viewpoints dont make me right and others wrong, and unless you can prove it then its better to accept it and move along.

Re: Online hate crime.

I don't think any normal person with consideration for others should be worried if they have an occasional rant.
It's the nasty bullies who relish making other people's life a misery, hiding behind their keyboards, that should be worried, about time too!

Indeed but they shouldn't get death threats and the like. Oddly is more aimed at women than anyone.

Hi

There is a world of difference Julie.

You are quite right, they should not receive death threats and neither should we refer to their families, I find both completely unacceptable.

I will rue the day though that anyone uses legislation to stop us criticising or ridiculing our Politicians.
