Two years on.

its been two years since I lost Remy, my little velcro dog. I called him that because he stuck to me like velcro.

This song suited him because people laughed at his funny shape and told me he was ugly but he was such a sweet little baby.
The brain damage inflicted by his former owner meant he never really grew up and while he didnt have much sense he had a huge amount of love.

Cass, well, you have me in tears. What beautiful tribute of love for a very handsome boy. With two years gone, I am sure it still hurts very much. Do we ever get over losing them? I don't think so; that's because the love we have for them lingers with us forever.

Ah Cass he looks so sweet Im sure you still miss him badly.You made his last years happy , he was loved and secure with you.I do hope you will get another dog,you have so much love to give

Remy was one of the three stooges.. Oscar BC who passed in 2012 Then we lost Remy in 2015 and finally Benny our beagle in june 2016.

But life isnt life for me without a dog and so Murphy joined us in sept 2016. I still miss my boys but Murphy fills the house with love and joy so I cant stay sad for long..

I dint think you ever really get over them no matter how many years later or how many other dogs come into your life. Lovely tribute for a lovely boy. Velcro dog a nice way to refer to him too as he obviously loved you as much as you loved him.
