Silence would be golden if shops and restaurants stopped playing the dreaded MUZAC.
Have you tried going into B and Q or Debenhams or Morrisons and the rest? Rubbish muzac which is usually far too loud.
We go shopping in Liddle/Aldi because they don't play any of that crap, and we can shop in Golden Silence!

Mupsy sweetheart, bubblegum is for kids and you know as well as I do that I haven't bubbled any gum since turning 10 years of age. I used to hate it too much when the bursting bubble thingy got stuck in my beard.
The only time I blow bubbles these days is in the bathtub.
