Mine too, I think. It's such a staining thing and one tiny pinch seems to go everywhere

I googled this and discovered that it's the graininess of the turmeric that works by scrubbing the enamel. It seems you get the same effect by leaving out turmeric from the coconut oil and baking soda (also grainy) mixture which means you don't get the yellow staining on every spit, splash and wipe - and without having to rinse several times to get rid of the yellow on your teeth - and I'm not sure what the effect would be on a white filling which is never as smooth as enamel and might stain. I'd keep the turmeric for a nice curry.

Maybe i will its looking more yellow everytime i look at the packet
however my dentist told me that baking soda its not good for the enamel either .

I have found a great toothpaste from Superdrug - teeth feel very clean and look much better too
Its called Pro Care (sensitive whitening)
Doesn't eave a horrible aftertaste or sting

It probably stains the gums too, making your teeth appear whiter.

When I use turmeric in cooking it stains things very badly. I dread to think what sort of mess I would make in the bathroom using it to clean my teeth

No Mups but my dentist recommended I try their new sensitive toothpaste, I did and it is horrible and tastes of bicarbonate of soda so you might as well use that it is a lot cheaper.
