Really it needs to be applied straightaway though.
It isn't really a substitute for getting it looked at though, just to be on the safe side and know what the damage is first.
Better to see if you can get help today, rather than get taken poorly during the night do you think?

Seriously though, she did advise me to go and get my wrist Xrayed... and she was right because it was broken. I waited a week on painkillers before I went.
If there is any swelling try to keep the foot raised & rested and note any changes to appearance! Get it checked asap and don't arrange to visit any Discos over the weekend.

My local hospital is only a weekday surgery
To go to the nearest big hospital could be a 24+ hours wait
And I'd feel a bit of a fraud in comparison to the properly medically needy
That's what they rely on to keep the numbers down. Get over there and get your money's worth.
