Hi

And what is that to do with you?

The fact that the prats are forcing me and others to jump through hoops when none exist is disgusting.

As is your support for them.

There are only two outcomes from this.

One I will get the house and then sue them for damages.

Secondly, iI do not get the house and sue then for even more.

Either way, it will be the taxpayers who pay, not me.

I doubt you will get very far if you sue!

Hi

I will, I used to be very high up.

I know every trick in the book.

When you ring them, you get the Standard Calls may be recorded for Training and Monitoring Purposes."

That gives you free rein on recording all of the calls.

The prats forget this and ramble on.

In the words of my Ex Chief Legal Officer.

Oh F **K.

You could have warned them.

I have recorded all the calls, they can swan off.

I will not be losing this one at all.

Hi

Nope, I am exercising my right to buy them out.

They need to sell, I do not need to buy.

You don't half come over as a bit of a prat at times

You are buying a listed building, as Tara has said, no one is forcing you

You know what restrictions are in place before you buy - your choice

So what are you intending on doing? getting EnglandHistoric to change the rules on Listed buildings over the country just cos you don't agree with them?

Don't get me wrong, I agree they can seem to be Ott, I lived in a conservation area and had to have the council agree what windows I had or what colour door I had. I now live in an area of Natural Outstanding Beauty and the rules are even more stringent . But hey I don't think anyone is ever going to be changing the rules for me just because I don't agree with them, no matter how " high up" I or any one of my family may or may not be

Hi

I find your post very offensive and to be honest, pig ignorant as well.

The Building is Listed, full stop, finito.

The reasons for listing are published and available for all to see.

I am not seeking to change any of them in anyway shape or form.

What I am not prepared to have is Jobsworths who seek to expand them when they are not legally allowed to.

The listing is available here.

https://www.historicengland.org.uk/l...-entry/1366532

A simple question?

What part of this are you incapable of understanding?

I would never use my ex position to seek any special advantage at all, that is completely against my principles, every thing which I hold dear.

We are all equal under the Law, something I passionately believe in.

I will however use my knowledge to defend the rights of individuals against those who seek to abuse them.

I am a very different person to you.

I have principles, you obviously do not.

You feel free to post unwarranted, subjective and libellous accusations in a Public Forum.

I do not.

Re: Jobsworths.

Swimmy - I am confused here - you are not buying a house - you are buying a flat?

It is in a 'listed' building which comes with a whole raft of constraints and restrictions?

You were made aware of these and have still put in an offer?

So, on what grounds are you going to sue?

I apologise in advance if I am being totally thick.
