Heck I wouldn't care if they put a border around London in the UK and I had to show my passport and go through a customs check there either.
Wondering which passport I’ll need to show

Arlene does not make a party

They could make Micky mouse the leader and DUP will still win

No, but the impasse between the two parties was brought about by Arlene Foster's finacial double dealings. Resolve that issue and the power sharing agreement could be back in place.

Think it’s the Irish language bill that’s brought about this impasse

Power sharing still means DUP get final vote no matter what

The U.K. Don't want us

We can't afford to go it alone so we are tied to the Uk and you have to lump it

It's all well and good you sitting in your armchair in Brighton telling us how it needs to be for us here. I was the same when I lived in England. Give them back to Ireland I used to say. But living here, you learn that it's not that simple

My husband says he's British, his father, grandfather and great grandfather were British

My neighbour says they are Irish, will forever be Irish

Who's right? Who's going to throw their national identity away ?
Excellent post !

What on earth has geography, Irish or otherwise, to do with fence building? If the trump idiot can build one between US and Mexico then I am sure "The Irish" - whoever they are - can build one across the emerald isle if the fancy takes them.
