Yes and no. There are the limits we place on ourselves because we don't have the drive or confidence in ourselves to try. Its up to us as individuals just how hard we are willing to work to reach our goals. Then there are the limits that are beyond our control.

I'm 57 and I've got a bad knee that likes to lock up now and again. I won't be running any marathons. But, if I put my mind to it, I can finish my degree someday.
