There is so much choice nowadays. Numerous cereals, types of bread, breakfast biscuits and drinks, different types of milk, too.
Something for everyone.
My sister enjoys French toast or scrambled egg on a roll.
Another relative likes 2 sausages with HP sauce on a roll, every morning.
I suppose it depends also on how much time you have to spare.
I remember when I was a student nurse, mornings were so busy and an early start meant I rarely ate breakfast. Often not stopping until mid morning to have a banana and a glass of milk.

I know you're not supposed to do this but I often miss breakfast, when I do have it its usually porridge and blueberries or a banana... I never feel like eating food in the mornings
