Good Morning Each,a lot cooler here this Morn,

Not the happiest of bunnies as I've done something to My left shoulder and it hurts like hell,pain started a couple of days ago when carrying some heavy shopping in shoulder bag,slowly worsened,don't know whether to exercise it or keep it rested,will get some voltarol gel see if it helps,hate taking pain-killers .ok moan over,have a good day All

Good morning all. Ah that's not good you're in pain May hopefully the voltarol will sort you out Weatherwise still hot here but rain forecast for late afternoon/evening......I'm backshift so I'll take a rain jacket for walking home. Have a good day all

Good morning all. So what did I say I was going to take to work with me yesterday? A rain jacket........and what did I forget to take with me?......a rain jacket.......so I got very wet walking home from work last night.....silly me! No rain forecast today....off to work day shift. Morning Tess et Al...it's been raining most of the Night so it's lovely and cool now....Won't be going anywhere for a few days as I can't reach My arm behind Me to fasten bras',so I'm stuck in until this pain lessens...Going bra'less aint funny when You're a 40d cup

I'm planning getting lots of decorating done, so I'm lying thinking what I'll tackle first. Can't say I enjoy decorating
