What is this plant please

Could anyone tell me what this plant is please? I almost lost it last year but have been giving it TLC and its coming on well now and its just had a flower appear on it ..it wants to hang down like a hanging plant

yes I agree mups that the flowers look different ...the flowers on mine are like bells and waxy too

Aysa the flowers on a Hoya are waxy. There are different varieties and some do look like bells.
