Tara ...have to say you've given endless fun and speculation about your family over the years on forums.
Last theory was, I believe, that you have pedigree and old lineage. A coat of arms, a family seal. Big fishes in a little pond. Old distressed cavaliers who had sugar plantations in the Caribbean staffed with slaves.
We have a family crest, and old lineage, so what?
I resent your disgusting slur about slaves! There is NOTHING in my family history, which had anything to do with that disgusting trade.
I had a scouser boyfriend for a while he was very funny and could be great company. he could also be the most annoying man in the world but I still think of him and smile
I have only known one Scouser in my whole life......and I think he is "just wonderful" to say the least.
He is right here on this over50 forum. He is the one who invited me here.
Bet, y'all can't guess who he is? eh?
PS: If he wasn't already married, I would be on a plane tomorrow, heading over to that Scouser-Land to see if I can't scoop him up.
Hi Blue.
Thank you for your lovely words there, and I am flattered.
But I am making a really WILD guess at this Blue.
Is there is just the faintest chance you may be referring to ME there?
If you are though Blue, and I was single I think we would have to toss a coin who travels in which direction.
Me over to Torento.
Or you over to Rhos On Sea.
Then if I may make a rather WILD presumption I reckon it could even be wedding bells!
Don't take any notice of Morti's remark there Blue.
She is only jealous.
In fact.
This could well be her from the back of the church!
I met a man from Liverpool who was very pleasant to my Down's syndrome son and I when we met him, at his invitation, in the mid 90s. He gave our lad a couple of tickling sticks.

How lovely.
And that is very nice to know as well Tara.
