I cheated, Chinese take away

But late home as had to take the car down for a classic car show tomorrow

And very very nice it was as well, and some tucked away for packed lunch for Monday

Had to use up some potatoes yesterday so had baked potatoes yesterday and quartered them and gave them a herby crust today with peas and cheese soufflé.
