Isn't it a bit early for crocus though?
Mind you...you are on the western tropical coast of Wales!

Oh, how I would love to see some colour other than white at ground level (other than doggy stuff! )

Gosh Doc, that does seem a little early, how lovely.

I have got loads of green shoots everywhere, but only only or two rockery plants actually in flower yet.

I have loads of crocus up now but they are predominantly yellow.
I had loads of purple ones last year and planted more this year but don't know where they -the purple ones haven't come up .

Harrogate is the place to visit if you like crocus there are carpets of them along the Stray every colour, just gorgeous they are. It's a bit early for them right now but in a couple of weeks they will be just lovely.
