Re: rose bed

Doc, I love roses, yours will be lovely in the summer. What varieties are they?

A few years ago, l planted a little rose garden with about twelve rose bushes.
I went away for a few days, came back and they were nibbled down to the ground. I couldn’t believe it!
I dug them all up and put them in pots!

Re: rose bed

I'm looking forward to the first tulips - a flower I've always loved.

My goodness, that must have taken you a while doc.
Well done, that will look a picture later.
Are they like a 'wall' of one colour, or mixed colours?

No, never, I'd like to, though. If a tulip was a musical instrument it would - to me at any rate - be a big cello. I love Roses, too and they have their special garden in our Botanics. Come Summer the smell is lovely.
