Middle age crisis

What exactly is it?

What age range do you get it?

How do you know if you have it?

Has anyone gone through it?

I am definitely going through "something".

I've been through beginning, middle and nearly the end crisis, I don't remember it starting but it has to stop soon, please let it stop!!!

I have gone through many crises, some of them my health, others just the feeling that things must change.

I'm not sure whether the latter type are as a result of my age (51) or not.

The Crisis is best avoided, it involves joining a club, where everyone ends up slapping each other on the back, and congratulates everyone for surviving so long, and encompassing the passage of time, whilst ignoring the numbers.

Fed up.
In a rut.
Tired of working nights.
Never have any time.
Bored with work colleagues.
Constant headaches.
Stress.
Depression.

That fit the bill?

In my opinion most of your problems involve your job - you seem to hate being shackled to it which is quite understandable.

I've not been through a mid life crisis because although I'm 57 in body I'm only 25 in my head

Seriously though, yeah I think I have, I have suffered much depression although a lot of that was grief, I've suffered ill health for the past few years with my lungs. I suffer a lot of tiredness which I hate because I want to do things I could do when I was younger which is, I suspect, what most of us go through.

I can still get an erection though!

eh? can she? I hear you say, there, that got your attention didn't it hahaha. Nar, the libido isn't what it used to be but again I think thats normal as we age.
