The white enamel is easily marked usually with mine it's cooking oil splashes, always makes me wonder how food for you cooking oil is as butter or lard don't mark like oil does.

I use a mini oven to do all my cooking in, so it's just built up over the years! I'm always cooking with oil and greasy meals etc so that may be why. As I said, it's a build up.

Lol yes I find it doesn't matter how well I wash up either I still have a build up needs tackling every few months.
