But she did not break the law..unless we have a law that says we cannot deport Ilegals

The worst that could happen over this is she could be jailed/fined for contempt of court.

The Home Secretary is subject to the Laws of the land.
She defied directives from the courts three times.

Hi

We need a change in the law if we are for some reason unable to deport an illegal immigrant.

But that's the point, by virtue of the High Court's decision he is not an illegal immigrant!!!

Hi

No, the Court has merely said that he cannot be deported until the JR has been completed.

He arrived via Turkey, Greece and France, smuggling himself into the UK on the back of a lorry.

If we had any sense he should have been detained and immediately deported back to the EU.

You had better ask Len McClusky that, he said he would be prepared to break the strike laws and even go to jail. Oh, I think he might be a Labour supporter too.

What has that to do with an elected minister breaking the law.

One decision is a moral stand, the other is two fingers to the laws of the land.

Did they order him to be returned to the UK because otherwise by leaving him where he was the UK would then effectively be condemning him to death by beheading by the Taliban?
Is that what we're saying here?
