Great core exercise!

While unicycling is a terrific way to get and and stay fit, I found an even more unusual way to "cross train" as it works the core even more intensely, and requires far more balance and concentration! It's called an "impossible wheel". and for good reason.

This is way harder to ride than a unicycle since there's no frame or seat. Just two free spinning foot plates and a free coasting wheel. The balance point is almost non existent! 100% focus and constant balance corrections or you'll fall.

My previous best distance was about 150 feet. Today I shattered that by going 511 feet, and while holding my gopro "stick cam" to get POV of the ride.

Try the same thing on a ball UG. You're very impressive.
