I know that Nom, I aint daft.

But neither are all singles 'hermits'. The people who DO want someone to pop in, have to register with this charity first. They don't just send people round bashing on doors and intruding on people who don't want company!

I'd make an exception for you though. I'd even go out me way to come and bash on your cave wall just to aggravate you.

That'll send him into panic-mode Myrtle.
He'll double lock the dreaded cave tonight now.

Stands to sense really.

Loneliness and social isolation were associated with a 29% higher risk of developing coronary heart disease and a 32% increased risk of a stroke.

The scientists at the University of Edinburgh have also discovered a link between testosterone and heart disease, which may explain why men are at a higher risk of heart disease

I think it really sad that some people are still isolated and lonely in this day and age. There are so many activities and things they can join where I live, but I guess it is not that straight forward if you are unable to get out unassisted.
I don"t think it takes a genius or Study to work that one out.
That lonliness nd heart disese are linked

Stands to sense really.
Lonlier you are the more stress you must feel.
