Everything now in place for Her Majesty to come home.
Care company-sorted.
Hoist-sorted.
Air mattress and bed-sorted.
Bedroom/lounge-sorted.
Next Monday she arrives home after 12 minths in hospital.
All I have to do now is find a suitable vehicle that will accommodate her and her wheelchair, for days out.
She wasn't impressed with my idea of tie-down straps and the back of my Transit.

Am pushed for time to reply properly Terry.
But good luck with all of that, and exciting times ahead.
Nice one.

I'm trying to stay 'hopeful'
Too many obstacles have cropped up in the past that I'm almost expecting another.

Attach her wheelchair to a motorbike like a sidecar?
Joking aside, well done and good luck to you and your mum.

Great news I'm sure she is ready to get out of here by now.

She'd enjoy that.
It was my mum and dad that got me into motorbikes.
My Dad had a BSA Gold Star and my Mum had a Triumph Speed Twin.
