Here I am in hospital. Again!
Yes folks here I am at 2.10am in the morning sitting here tapping on my IPad in Glan Clwd Hospital 18 miles away from home, on a bed waiting for the Doctor!My Wife checked my blood pressure at around 11.00PM tonight , which she does every night following my heart operation in June 2015, and it was 190/85 pulse 65.
This is Hypertension stage 2 which puts me at high risk of a heart attack or a stroke!
That figure was also found to be seconded at 192/87 by the paramedics in the ambulance.
At this time the figures are down to 175/80 which is still rather high Hypertension.
Wish me luck guys, as this will give me comfort.

Thank you very much for your kind words there Alan.
I am still in hospital at 5.15AM, but they have taken an x ray and my bloods, plus my blood pressure has gone down to 160/70 pulse 50. I have been told that I may go home shortly, but I am being told that I should see my Doctor today about what has happened.
