...that he wasn’t awarded the ’Order Of The Garter’ Knighthood, in the Queen’s Birthday Honours?

But didn't he also make some disparaging remarks about Diana that William and Harry have never forgiven him for?

I have never heard that Tony Blair make any disparaging remarks against Diana at all.
He was her champion and unlike the RF could see she was a woman who could get things done.
