Old photographs

While rummaging through my photos today I re-discovered some old, old photos of my family that have only just come to light.

This is my Nan, Pop, 2 uncles and my Mum on the right, taken around....1940-ish I would think.



My Grandparents and my Mum and her siblings...



And my favourite one, my lovely Mum in all her glory, taken in 1957 not long after I was born....

Great photos Nicol. They all look so smart in pics 2 & 3. Was your pops wearing a vest in pic 1, do you think, or is it sunburn?

Funnily enough I was looking through my mum's old stack of photos the other day

There are many but I liked this one of my parents together
My mum didn't smoke she had taken my dad's for the shot
!

My favourite oldie photograph, 4 generations of my father's family....

Right to left ..... my Dad on my Grandfather's lap, my Great Grandfather, my Great, Great Grandfather. Taken in 1910.
