Medjoul Dates - yum, yum!

Like most British people the only dates I've eaten have been the usual tray of smallish ones at Christmas, but my local Asian shops stock several different types

I've been working my way through them, and have discovered MEDJOUL dates. they are larger, softer, and sweeter than usual, and very nice

They are also more expensive, but so sickly that you couldn't eat more than a couple at one sitting anyway
If you like dates I recommend that you seek out medjoul

I get them in my local Morrisons and I love them . I can eat 3 at one sitting !!

It's nice to find and try something new, I have heard of them and will prob give them a try.

Don't mention dates to me they are forbidden
I have been eating far too many of late and I got on the scales the other day and saw the results of my indulgence..
