I'll pop round tomorrow evening if that's OK Susie! We ate out earlier and tonight we are having M&S bubble and squeak cakes with peas, carrots, broccoli and cheesy mash - and best of all, I'm not cooking this either...

Tonight we had: Salmon fillet - jacket potato- carrots- peas- hollandaise sauce.
A nice quick & easy meal.
