By coincidence l did stuffed mushrooms with my dinner tonight.
I scooped out the large portobello mushrooms, chopped up the stalks and mixed them with breadcrumbs, grated cheese, garlic and used a little olive oil to bind the ingredients together.
I filled each mushroom and put them in the oven until golden brown and they were lovely!

Ah there's hope for me yet then, I love mushrooms especially raw or fried in garlic, salt and curry powder.

Magic mushrooms grow in Weston Woods near us, they certainly seem to make people feel better!
