At one calorie per Malteser it won't make an a'peth difference to you Rhian.
I buy a box like that one and consume the whole box every time I visit the cinema...Just don't swim on a full stomach......



PS:- And don't keep em' in the fridge it spoils them......

I would definitely eat the maltesers Rhian. A girl needs a treat.

Even the whole box wouldn't do too much damage - just have a very light meal when you next eat - oh and swim an extra 100 lengths..

Deliberating whether to eat them or not is puerile.

The decision was made when you bought them and put them in the fridge.

Buy them or don't buy them. It's your health, your responsibility.

If you're going to spend so much time in public swimming bath water, laden as it is with chemicals, and the sweat and various other bodily fluids of hundreds of adults and kids, then frankly maltesers are your least worry !
