Good Morning Tuesday !

Good morning everybody,

Not a happy bunny this morning, had a painful night with not a lot of sleep. - had a fall in the bathroom - hit the edge of the bath and have broken a rib. Have strapped it up - which is more than they would do for it in A&E - and am going to have a quiet day back among the ancestors.

I have two Nurse Appointments today and still more cleaning and sorting to do.

Crikey Tabs, poor you, but shouldn't you get it checked out at the docs?

Morning everyone, a nice start here but going to be mainly cloudy later they say.

Window cleaning for me this morning then I'll be off to mow my Mum's lawns and paint her garage window frame this afternoon.

Thanks, Barry, but I know it is broken - felt it go, heard the crack!

A & E would want to XRay and I have just had a mammogram - so do not want another shot of radiation in the same area so soon. Plus - they do not do anything about broken ribs these days. Have strapped it securely, checked that it is not obstructing my breathing, and taken a paracetamol.

It is an amazing shade of purple this morning

Good morning all, well not in STs case, sorry to hear about your fall.

I'm off to the GP this morning as well, then I have a large Chicken to cook.

That's true. I cracked 3 ribs a few years ago. I was Xrayed and given strong painkillers.

I went to Benidorm the next day. It was a very quiet holiday that year..

Good morning everyone a fine start and I hope to get into the garden later.
I was going to pop to the shops for some organic tomatoes to make a salad for lunch to go with the early potatoes I have just dug up from the garden but a parcel is being delivered so I am stuck here .

Tabs poor you that must be very painful maybe just let the doc take a look at it...you might get stronger pain killers at least ?

I'm picking up new glasses today from Specsavers I got sunglasses too...the girl taking my money when I ordered them said oh I like your choice they are Will.I.am designs ...I have worried ever since I can't imagine myself walking about in his designs.....so funny I wish she hadn't told me.
