I didn't used to go out, but, dressing up makes you feel better and most times unrecognizable too! It's weird, I'm quite shy normally! Plus you get to wear more feminine clothes without feeling like mutton dressed as lamb!

Go on Facebook and look for British Steampunk Events, or just put Steampunk in the search bar and all the groups will be there, it's very likely there will be one near you!
