what people will do to film some thing on a phone ,,,,, I KNOW LETS STAND AND FILM THIS NUTTER COVERED IN BLOOD WITH A BIG CHOPPER AND KNIFE IN HIS HAND AFTER HE HAS JUST KILLED SOME ONE ??????

Absolutely agree Bags - tells us a lot about todays society, while the newsman was trying to speak to camera, a silly girl was trying to get in on the act ! Just depressing.....

The way I heard this on the radoi this evening was they were waving a gun around demanding to be filmed, I think just for once the people probably did the right thing giving in to the demand. What I didn't like was the first hand reports of what actually happened I don't think this poor man's family need the images that were described in their heads at all.

I agree Julie. It was bad enough hearing it in my head and it wasn't my son. It would have been terrible for the real family losing their son but to hear the details so gruesome it was not good for anyone. Mind you saying that they flashed the body on the news and you could actually see what had happened. Not nice at all.

Thoughts are with the family today and everday....
The way this has played out is shocking, if they were 'forced' to film - fair enough - thats a huge pity, because the 'media' take full advantage of that.
The woman who rushed over to the victim is a hero for sure ....

Of course it is good evidence, but what was wrong selling it to the media, can you imagine how all servicemen's families thought at that moment, It should never have been screened.
