I actually do a lot of walking normally but with a sprained foot it's rather painful.

No Patsy I don't massage my legs and feet but I will now....thanks for the tip.......and I've decided not to buy the circulation booster machine....I used my vibro-plate machine today for a few minutes and if the neighbour below complains I'll tell him where to go politely of course
