BBQing chicken tonight... donno what I'm gonna marinade it in yet, usually citrus and garlic. Maybe wine, I have a half bottle that is flat~ near turning. garlic & onions with?

Got three chicken in the oven at the moment so meat eater will have a bit of one of those with green beans and broccoli, and egg salad for me.

While away I cooked a bolognese sauce, which I had last night after my day out, so will have the rest today, with spaghetti again.

Lunch was bacon and egg. Took them away with me and never touched them.

Have a big piece of beef defrosting, (bought it weeks ago, when it was on special offer ) not sure if it will be ready to cook today but we have plenty of lasagne, cooked and cut into meal size portions in the freezer.

We had homemade tomato soup ( we have a glut of toms )and rolls for lunch, for dinner tonight we are having prawn curry. No idea what we'll have tomorrow.
