I bought a pressure cooker but is now too big for my needs. Have gone back to my cast-iron stove-top casserole. Around two and a half hours on a lowish gas-flame is all it takes to make a decent stew.Stew is left overnight to `mature` before reheating - some stored away in plastic boxes in the freezer, a couple of portions in the fridge and one scoffed straight away after a couple of extra ingredients added.
If you're feeling adventurous, try adding half a small jar of Thai red curry paste (medium heat) to one of the portions. Works very well.

I am still using mine regularly. In fact, almost every day.
I’ve noticed that they are selling at a lower price than I paid for mine.
